My name is Gary. I know this is years later. I had no clue that George had passed away. I had a dream about George and for some reason when I got up this morning i googled his name.I worked on jobs years around George .He did framing for a contractor I was a plumber. I remember George in my younger years when he used to hang out with this guy we would called Mickey.Mickey and George work for his other guy that was a framer. This was before George went out in business for himself. I remember when George found his way in Christ. He would share with us guys  on the job. George came over to my house one day and needed to have a pipe repaired. He was doing some work at his house and put a nail in  side of a pipe. So of course I went over and took care of it for him. He was a good God fearing man. He would always talk to me about the Lord when he had opportunity to do so.George you will be missed. I’m sorry it’s years later! I found out this. I think it was the Lord for sure!! For some reason all these years later. I had this dream about us working on a job? Then had this urge to google your name. Why  I dreamed this I have no clue?Other than it was you still trying to talk to me about the Lord. God bless his family! So sorry for your loss. George was a good man. Sincerely

Truly shocked by the passing of my friend George Wilds, saw him regularly walk his dog and stopped to talk. Last time I saw George, he was at Kroger we had a long conversation, love his Harley, but truly love the Lord. I am so very sorry for your loss... I knew this beautiful person when he was still a child, I'm his ex-sister-in law, Patti Shannon, I was married to Buddy. I am a loss for words as I have heard of all the passing of the family members of this most wonderful, caring family. Patti, I was shocked and saddened of the news of George's passing. It's been many years since we have seen or spoken, but believe me when I say I am so sorry...I know the hurt and emptiness that you feel...I lost my Eddie to cancer on Feb. 11, 2015....The things that have help me the most is my faith and to know they are ok. We all knew each other when our lives were just filled with being young and having fun. Through you and your families love, faith and diligence; George found his way to a very good and fulfilling life with you, the girls, grand kids and his faith and love of God.One thing I hope you will do is read the poem "The Dash" by Linda Ellis..It is a great one it helps me...WithLove Always....

George was a wonderful man of God who will be greatly missed. He worked behind the scenes in so many n ways to help others. Patti, I know that you and your family will have many wonderful memories to cherish.

George was an extraordinary man. There are many in the community who will deeply mourn his passing as his was a life of service, love, compassion and excellence. I will truly miss his laughter and his smile. May George rest in peace.

It is our pleasure to know George & family! We love them & share a broken heart for losing him on this earth but the GOOD NEWS is, we all will be reunited with Jesus & love ones for eternity! ❤ George was passionate man! Mr. George, you are greatly missed already. Growing up around your house and family has impacted me so much and gave me a 2nd family to call mine. Thank you for always welcoming me in your home and church, and being such a wonderful father to my best friend! You are finally out of pain and in the gates of Heaven with my mom and I'm so glad to know you are free of pain and of cancer. Rest In Peace always.

Our loss is heavens gain. What a legacy he has left for the world. An awesome man of God standing next to Jesus with a smile bigger than life. My thoughts, prayers and tears are with all my Seed Church family as you celebrate his life.

Thank you George for all the lives you have led to the Lord and the love you show all of us.  You have a smile that goes on and on in our lives.  We love you so much. I can only imagine the smile that he entered the Gates of Heaven with after the smile he had here on earth serving his Lord and God saying, Well done thy good and faithful servant. Diana, Adam and Family. My heart breaks for all of you. I'm so sorry for the loss of this wonderful Godly man. I know Heaven is rejoicing upon his arrival. Believe me I know how his beloved wife is feeling and what she's going thru. I pray all her family gathers close around her and simply be there for her.  My own sweet wonderful husband passed three weeks ago so I truly feel for those George left behind. You are all in my heartfelt sincere prayers. I was walking with a friend who ask, "Have you noticed the stars seem brighter lately, especially that one star there," and he pointed to a really bright one. I just smiled to myself ... He didn't know that George had arrived home!

What a friend. What a man. I thank God for my brother, George Wilds and his family being in my life. He was the first at Mustard Seed to put me to work in ministry. The GLAD program.
