She was born in Savannah, Ga., and was preceded in death by her sister, Natalie Riggs.
She was a member of the Savannah Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and was an Assembler for the Coastal Center for Developmental Services.
Stephanie always showed the “Love of Jesus Christ” through her Spirit, and brought Love to everyone she met.
She is survived by her mother, Anna Weigel Riggs, and her father, Burney W. Riggs, Jr.; her paternal grandmother, Thel H. Riggs; her uncle, John Weigel; her aunts, Pamela Ferrelle (John) and Penny Oswell (Rudy) ; her step-sister, Ericka Riggs and step-brother, Israel Barber; several cousins and her beloved pets.
Visitation: 5 -7 p.m. Thursday at the Fairhaven Funeral Home – Hubert C. Baker Chapel, 7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive, Savannah, Ga 31406.
Funeral Services: 1 p.m. Friday in the Hubert C. Baker Chapel, with Bishop Joe Thompson, officiating.
Interment: Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
