

Danny Bolduc passed away peacefully at Michael Garron Hospital (formerly Toronto East General Hospital) after a brief illness. Danny lived a long, joyful life surrounded by family, friends, music, love and laughter. He was 74.
Beloved son of the late Philip Bolduc, and his wife Peggy (Carthew) of Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, and the late Dorothy (Rawlinson) and her husband the late Norm Pattimore of Toronto Ontario.
He leaves behind his stepmom Peggy, and siblings Patricia (Eugene), Stuart (Madge), Cheryl (Leo) and Vicky (Jim).
Dan will be remembered fondly by his nieces and nephews, Shelley, Jill, Andre, Brian, Jacob and Matthew, and many cousins in the Bolduc family. He will be missed by many friends and neighbours.
The family is especially grateful to Dan’s dear friend, Marie Thorpe, whose dedication and care in Dan’s final days will always be cherished. Many thanks also to Dan’s friends Jenny, Dan, Phil, Roger and many others who were his close companions in his Don Mills neighborhood, “The Heights”.
Dan retired as a letter carrier with Canada Post where he worked for most of his working years. His friends referred to him as affectionately as ‘Postman’.
A lifelong Torontonian, Dan loved music and movies. As he came of age in the 60’s, he was a Beatles and Rock and Roll fan. He was an accomplished pool player and loved playing golf, chess, darts and many popular games and sports. He looked forward to his visits with family in Sault Ste Marie for fishing trips and camping at Pine Lake.
The Bolduc family would like to extend special thanks to all the caregivers who supported Dan with love and dignity during his hospital stay. A special thanks to Dr. Chen, Dr. Ghazarian and the Nurses and PSWs on the 7th floor at Michael Garron (Toronto East General) Hospital.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Paul O’Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Avenue East, Scarborough, Ontario. Cremation has taken place. A private celebration of Dan’s life is being planned for Saturday, July 26, 2025. Memories and expressions of sympathy can be shared with the family.
