My condolences to Tracey and her family on Dave's passing.  We were neighbourhood friends in our childhood and I ran into David many times over the years.  He always had a smile, and we always had a good laugh remembering our times on Jones Ave.  May you soar with the Angels!!

My condolences to Dave’s family and close friends on his passing. I hung out with Dave and our group of friends in the 80s and had a lot of good times together, Dave was a very kind hearted guy that’s for sure and I’ll remember that about him as well as his great sense of humour.. Rest in peace Dave

Dave i have a few more things to say, I wanna thank you for caring about my daughter as much as you did, you kno what she says now brother she misses you Dave but she says daddy I have another angel in heaven that looks down on me and is going to protect  me, And all I can say is yes babygirl you sure do.. Dave you are more than just my friend we became brothers .. I can't beleave the day I found you,  my life will not b the same because  of that..Dave you were more than just my friend you were the brother I never had. Beother I will never forget you or the fun times we had.. you were there for me when no one else was.. Condolences to David's sister Tracey and her husband Terry Lynch. Dave's niece and nephew Lisa and Chris. So sorry for your loss. 

Our families have known each other for out entire lives. Since we were knee-high to a grasshopper as George would say. That's pretty small.
Out parents all met as young teens and remained good friends forever more. 

When I think of you David, I think of several great stories,  one that sticks out is when you were about 13 or 14, your mom Diane, called the house to my mom, Carol, to see if you were there. She was trying to hunt you down because her car was missing. She had her suspicions. Mom said you weren't at our place but she had a feeling you and Timmy were up to something, so she grabbed me and we headed out from Etobicoke towards your place in the east end, 81 Jones Ave. 

We were either on the Gardiner or Lakeshore, and all of a sudden, your mom's dark green Dodge Dart pulls up beside us. My mom was losing her flipping mind,  trying to get you guys to pull over. Timmy was driving, wouldn't even turn his head, he knew you guys were in trouble, and you were sinking down in the passenger seat, hiding from a screaming Carol! Lol
Oh kids stuff eh? We got you guys home safe and everyone was fine. But you were always like that Dave, a dare devil of sorts, never afraid of anything or taking risks.  

We always talked about and laughed at how you were so clumsy and uncoordinated, like tripping over a tiny extension cord, rolling into the table and hitting your head,  but put a baseball bat or a hockey stick in your hand and you instantly transformed into Babe Ruth or Wayne Gretzky.  Everyone always said you could have gone pro. 

We love you very much Davey, ❤️  your not suffering anymore and you're free to soar brother!

Your presence was heard, seen and felt in any room you entered. Your smile was infectious, you skills in baseball were admired. Your humour and kindness was one of a kind. You were the family I chose Dave. Thank you for all the love you gave to me and Ang. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best. Reunited on Family day RIP David, Diane and George

My deepest condolences to the family and friends such as myself who always cared for Dave. He was one of the kindest most sympathetic people I knew. May he rest in peace.
