Deanna ‘ s devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary was so sincere , profound in faith and an inspiration to all of us . 
The Immaculate Conception invited her to Heaven on December 8 for a private  celebration !!!
Miracles do happen . We just don’t see it !!!’

Little did I know , that my beloved wife Cecelia Dias would follow Deanna exactly two months from the day she passed on to meet the Creator .
When a loved one parts with us , they have Eternal Peace . Knowing that can help with coping with grief , our new companion .

Deanna was my Team Leader until she retired.  She may be petite but strong and kind lady.  I learned a lot from her.

Our sincere condolences Jude and family, on the sad passing of your dear Mum.   Deanna is now enjoying time with your Dad and the rest of the family in Heaven.  We often met at the Canorient Club and Rosary gatherings at their home.  Whenever we met, she would greet me with a "Hello Miss Pecus" and I would respond : "Hello Miss Sequeira".  Deanna was a lovely, kind lady, strong in faith and a friend to all.  May her soul rest in peace.

My wife Cecelia & I met Deanna and her late husband Victor,   at her home in Don Mills for the Rosary recitation . Her devotion to the Blessed Lady was spiritually inspiring and contagious .We continued to meet often and after each meeting her hospitality and kindness always concluded with breaking bread with them and all who congregated .
We spoke to Deanna while she was in the retirement home a couple of times . It seemed apparent , that a  retirement home can give you comfort and care , but can deprive one of social inter-action and cannot replace the blessings of what we call our HOME .
Deanna left a lasting memory in our lives of kindness , compassion and spiritual devotion to our Blessed Lady , which by no means we will be able to match , but definitely , aspire to follow

I am so sorry to hear of Deanna's passing.  Many memories of her come flooding back.  I remember Deanna from when I was a young school girl, and would often go to her family home in Cincinnatus Town Karachi on play dates with her niece.  Deanna was so kind and gentle.  She would never fail to bring out the jar of lollies to which we could generously help ourselves.  Then again I crossed paths with Deanna and Victor in my teenage years, where  they volunteered at the Poor Aid Dispensary at St, Lawrence's Parish.  I would be assigned on Legion of Mary duty on a Saturday  afternoon. Deanna was ever so gracious in guiding me through the routine.  May you Rest in Eternal  Peace. To the Andrews family.  Our prayers are with you all at this difficult time.  Deanna was such a great leader and mentor for all her geese at Foresters Financial. We all called her Mother Goose. Deanna was a person of deep faith and it is notable that she died on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception.   
She was a lovely, caring person.  In Karachi, too, she spent time assisting at two clinics for the poor.  
She was also intelligent,  graduating from St. Joseph’s College for Women, and obtaining a First Class First at the Karachi University B.A. examination.
She and your dad were very close and dear friends of ours and we have many fond memories of them both.  We belonged to a group of about 12 that we named the First Saturday Club - as we went out to dinner on the first Saturday of the month.  Only 4 of us remain.  
We kept up our friendship when they migrated and fondly remember their warmth and hospitality when we visited Toronto in early 2000.
May her soul rest in peace.

Deanna and I were colleagues at Foresters. She was a kind and respectful person. She was always composed even under stressful situations. I learned a lot from Deanna and will remember her always.
