Donna will be remembered for her good heart and her remarkable way of connecting with people. She had a warmth and familiarity about her that made it seem as though she knew everyone she met. Donna spoke to people like they were old friends, always ready to make conversation and take a genuine interest in those around her. It was simply part of who she was, and something those who knew her will remember fondly.
While Donna did not have children of her own, she spent many years of her life devoted to caring for her mother, Joyce. She gave generously of her time and herself, providing companionship, care, and support throughout those years.
Donna is survived by her sisters, Debi (Allan) Hewett and Sharon Elliot, as well as her nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Stacia (Jeff), Kristen (Craig), Shanon (Dave), Noel (Jess), and Cody.
Donna will be remembered for her kindness, her unmistakable personality, and the ease with which she welcomed people into conversation and made them feel familiar.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and all those whose lives she touched.
