PEREIRA, Fatima - Passed away peacefully on Monday, August 18, 2025 at Thornton View Long Term Care. Fatima beloved wife of the late Luis Pereira. Loving mother of Jose and his wife Graca, Paulo and his late partner Carol, Susan and her husband Robert and John and his wife Rhonda. Vavo will be fondly remembered by Carlo and his wife Roshie, Joshua and his wife Marissa, Anthony and his fiancé Tia, Natasha, Cherie and her husband Christian, Tanya and her husband Ryan, Ashley and her partner Anthony and great-vavo to Angelo, Cristiano, Noella, Nathan, Rock, and Owen. Dear sister of Altino and his wife Odete, Teresa, and the late Cecilia and her late husband Mike and aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Fatima also beloved wife of the late Frederick Smith. Step-mother of Judith, Brian and his late wife Maureen and David and his wife Theresa. Step-grandmother to Amanda, Melanie and her husband Mike, Michelle, Brittany, Brandon, Alexi and her husband Dwayne, Kimberley and her husband Travis, Jorey and great-step-grandmother Savannah, Olivia, Kolton, Wyatt, Lincoln, Phoenix, and Luna.

Fatima will be sadly missed by all family members and many friends.

Visitation at Paul O’Connor Funeral Home; 1939 Lawrence Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, M1R 2Y8 on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and on Thursday, August 21, 2025from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass on Friday, August 22, 2025 at 10 AM in Our Lady of the Rosary Church; 2950 Midland Ave, Scarborough, ON M1S 3K8. Interment at Pine Hills Cemetery; 625 Birchmount Road, Toronto Ontario M1K 1R1. Reception to follow the Funeral.
