Flavia is pre-deceased by her loving husband Patrick, son Darryl, brother Fr. Melito Dias. She will be forever missed by her children Trevor, Terence (Jennifer), Fay (Edward), Patricia (Charles), Dale, Zenna, and grandchildren Kenneth, Gerald, Nikita, Ashton, Melody, Charmaine (Patrick), Joshua, Melanie.
Funeral mass will be held at Precious Blood Church at 1737 Lawrence Avenue East, Scarborough, Ontario, on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 10am.
Interment at Christ the King Cemetery, Markham.
