The friends and family of Dr. Henry (Harry) Taylor are deeply saddened to share the passing of a beloved family member, colleague, neighbour, and friend.
Born in Peterborough, Harry pursued his medical studies at the University of Toronto and went on to dedicate his professional career to the Department of Radiology at Scarborough General Hospital. His lifelong commitment to early cancer detection reflected both his professional excellence and his deep compassion for others.
Known for his kindness, gentle presence, and thoughtful approach to life, Harry lived with integrity and touched the lives of many—patients, colleagues, friends, neighbours, and family alike.
Harry will be profoundly missed by all who knew him and will be remembered with love, admiration, gratitude, and respect.
Those who had the good fortune of knowing Harry remain deeply grateful for the kindness and integrity he embodied. He now rests in eternal peace, beside his beloved wife Beth. May those who knew him carry forward his legacy of compassion and gentle strength.
A private service will be held in Harry’s honour at a later date.
