Joe Cusimano

Passed peacefully on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Emily for 59 years, loving father of David, Peter, and Margaret (John). Proud grandfather of Christine. Dear brother of the late Salvatore (Maria), and the late Anthony (late Lena). Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Reunited with his parents Maria and Agostino together with loved ones.

Joe was a well‑respected supervisor in the television broadcast industry, with a long and dedicated career that spanned CBC, Citytv, and Global TV. He earned his Amateur Radio Operator’s License at age 17 and stayed active in the Amateur Radio community throughout his life. He taught us the importance of faith, love, compassion, perseverance, education, dedication to family, and service to community. Joe’s values will continue to be carried on by his family. We are all blessed and grateful to have had him in our lives and he will always be in our hearts forever. Rest in Peace, in Love.
