TERESI, Salvatore “Sam” - Suddenly and unexpectedly at Michael Garron Hospital on Monday, November 1, 2021 at the age of 69. Sam, beloved husband of Tina for 35 years. Loving father of Leticia, Antony and his son-in-law William. Nonno will be dearly missed by Leonardo. Dear brother of Josephine and her husband Ross, Pearl and her husband Tony, Nancy and her late husband Anthony, and the late Tanina and her surviving husband Antonio. Sam will be sadly missed by all family members and many friends. Visitation at the Paul O’Connor Funeral Home; 1939 Lawrence Avenue East (between Warden and Pharmacy) on Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 4-8 pm with a Celebration of Life from 7 – 7:45 pm. Funeral Mass on Friday, November 5, 2021 at 10 am in St. Lawrence the Martyr Church, 2210 Lawrence Avenue East (on Lawrence east of Birchmount Rd.). Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Arthritis Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family. "Following the Funeral Mass the family would like to invite all guests to attend a get together for snacks and refreshments. It will take place at 757 Victoria Park Avenue condominium in the event room."

Due to the COVID guidelines guests are still required to follow the mandate of two metres (six feet) physical distancing. Upon entry to the funeral home guests will required to provide their contact information for the purpose of contact tracing. Masks or face coverings are required indoors. Guests will be asked to provide their proof of double vaccination.
