Dear Willie. My heart aches  for you at the passing of your beloved Shirley.  She was a fine , loving, generous lady. May the good Lord give you  the strength and courage to go through these most difficult  times.  Remember, we Martinians are here for you..

To the family of [my] our dear dear office mate Shirley Sutton:

We knew and, worked for years with an amazing and, wonderful friend in Shirley!!  So close we were that, to us, she was Shirl!!

A kind, loving, caring, supportive, God fearing and God serving woman, who gave all she could to the lives of others and not just her own!!💖

In these latter days of her life, Shirl and I enjoyed many conversations and laughter by WhatsApp on FaceTime and conversations generally!!

Despite her own journey of suffering, Shirley often cared less about that aspect of her existence; and, way more about her hopes and dreams for what her wishes for my life going forward could be!!

No words enough to express how much I enjoyed those times with her!! Always inquisitive about what I had been doing, was cooking or planning to cook!! Still wanting to 'learn' about others lives and, what they were engaged in!!

I will forever cherish those memories of OUR Shirl!! Miss her, is already a deep-seated understatement!!😢

Rest well dearest Shirl!!  Your memory to us all who loved and worked with you, will continue to be an undying blessing; bringing a smile to our faces, well before a tear!!

God shine perpetual light on you as another angel in his Kingdom!!

We want to extend our deepest  condolences to Bill, Nicole, Scott, Michael and the extended families.
Shirley was a sweet , kind, gentle person, always sharing a positive message and a kind word and always wishing the best for everyone.  She lived a life of devotion to her family and to her work,  she was devout in her faith and was courageous in her journey during her illness.  
May God grant her eternal peace where she will live with God and the Angels and Saints in heaven.

I was saddened to hear about Shirley's passing - my deepest condolences to Shirley's family.  I fondly remember Shirley from our days working at Osler, Hoskin.  She was a lovely lady, always kind, gracious and a pleasure to deal with.  She will be missed.  Rest in peace dear Shirley.

I worked with Shirley for many years although in a different department of a rather large office.  I remember her as a very gracious and beautiful lady, always helpful and encouraging.  I am grateful for having known her.  May her soul rest in peace.

My sincere condolences to the Sutton family on the passing of Shirley. I met Shirley when she was volunteering at Birthright. It was a joy getting to know her and spending time with her at Birthright events . I  will always remember her beautiful smile ,  her kindness and her sense of humour. Shirley was a very bright light at Birthright where she brought love and hope to those who visited looking for help.  Her fellow volunteers benefitted from her great sense of humour, her executive secretarial skills, her willingness to lend a hand and, most of all, her generous love.  It was a real gift to be in her presence.
