It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Russell on July 11th 2025 at the house in North York at the age of 63. Russell was born February 23, 1962 in Toronto. Son of the late Sydney Ralph Griffiths and the late Jeane Catherine Griffiths. He will be greatly missed by his partner Halyna, sister Sara Lynn (Brad), nephews Ryan (Laurie), Tyler and Jake. As well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be remembered fondly by friends and neighbours in North York and at the family cottage west of South River on Deer Lake where he spent much of his time. Russell will be cremated and final resting arrangements will be made at a later date at the Wattenwyl Cemetery near the cottage with his parents Syd and Jeane.
