After a brief illness, Victoria Frances Welch passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday August 11, 2026 at Northumberland Hills Hospital. Widower to James Welch. Mother to Mark (Amanda) and Katie (Jeff). Loving Grandmother to Mackenzie, Nicole, Parker and James. Brother to Chris (Penny) and proud aunt to their children Molly and Jamie.
She will be missed by many other close friends.
Visitation will be held at the Paul O'Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E. (between Warden and Pharmacy), from 11-1 Monday August 17. Interment Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Celebration of Life to follow after internment.
