Carmine R. DeSalvo passed away on November 28, 2010 at Lawrence Hospital. He was 83 years old. Mr. DeSalvo was born on March 21, 1927 in Manhattan, New York to John and Carmella Addimando DeSalvo. Mr. DeSalvo was a veteran of the US Army. He was a business owner. He married his wife Doris Manuel on July 12, 1947 in Central Park. Mr. DeSalvo was a member of the Knights of Columbus Mary Queen of Peace Council # 4521 in the Bronx. He is survived by his wife Doris and his children Nancy (John) Russo, Bob (Rosemary) DeSalvo, Dorothy LaMotta, Janice (Andy) Sedia and Peter (Jean) DeSalvo. He is survived by his 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Also surviving are his sister Anna Savino and his sister in law Rita DeSalvo.
