Daniel P. Margiotta Jr. passed away on February 7, 2014 at Lawrence Hospital. He was 70 years old. Daniel was born on September 22, 1943 in the Bronx New York to the late Daniel and Madeline Cascione Margiotta.
Mr. Margiotta was an engineer for New York Telephone Company for 30 years before his retirement. Daniel is the loving husband of Geraldine, and father of Lorraine Di Santo Margiotta and Daniel (Maria) R. Margiotta Sr. Mr. Margiotta is survived by his loving grandsons Jonathan Di Santo, Nicholas, Robert and Vincent Margiotta. Daniel also is survived by his brothers Anthony and Victor Margiotta.
Mass of Christian burial Monday February 10, 2014, 10 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church Scarsdale, cremation to follow at Ferncliff Cemetery. Visiting hours Sunday February 9, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9PM. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society P.O. Box 22718 Oklahoma City, OK 73123 preferred by the family.
