.Robert F. Crane passed away on January 14, 2011 at Sound Shore Hospital. He was 81 years old. Mr. Crane was born on July 4, 1929 in Bronxville NY to Walter and Marie Sutliff Crane. Mr. Crane worked for Fiat in Italy where he was an automotive parts designer. Mr. Crane later became a Mechanical Engineer for Bayer in Tarrytown NY. Robert was also a veteran of The United States AirForce. He is survived by his wife Grace Shen Crane. Also surviving are his two daughters Leilani (Michael) Talty and Valerie (Anthony) Monteleone. His grandchildren called him Honey and he is survived by Maya, Mikey and Robert Talty and Amanda and Ali Monteleone. He is survived by his sister Carol Richtmyer and brother Douglas Crane. Mr. Crane is predeceased by his sister Betty Grab and brothers Thomas, Dave, John and Gerry Crane. Mass of Christian Burial Immaculate Heart of Mary Church Tuesday 10AM Entombment Ferncliff Cemetery Hartsdale. Visiting Hours Monday 2-4 &7-9 PM.
