Steve is survived by his wife, JoAnn, mother, Patricia, son, Alex (Sophia), daughter, Amanda Crecco (James), sister, Janet Osmundson (Arnold), sister-in-law, Roberta (Jack), and grandchildren, Derek and Ava. Steve was predeceased by his brother, Paul and father, Gerard.
Steve was born in Yonkers, New York on December 11, 1961. He graduated from Mercy College and received his Master’s Degree in Finance from Baruch College. Steve had 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry. His expertise within global financial institutions spanned a wide range, from risk strategy, credit ratings, model risk management to other risk and strategy related topics. Steve had a passion for cooking, traveling, fine arts and other creative projects.
Visitation will be held at 4-7PM on Tuesday, July 12th at Edwin L. Bennet Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, July 13th at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Scarsdale, New York. Burial will follow the funeral at Rockland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to NAMI and the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
