Betty Jane Hartman

Betty J. Hartman, 86, of Myerstown, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, September 16, 2021. She was the wife of the late Henry J. Hartman who died in 2010. She was born on August 17, 1935 in Bernville, a daughter of the late Charles and Ella A. Unger Blatt. Betty was a member of the Heidelberg Church of the Brethren where she sang in the choir. She enjoyed making quilts and comforters for the Aid House in Reistville. The most important thing in Betty’s life was spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by sons, Michael Hartman; Andrew Hartman and wife Nancy; nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and sister, June Rabold. She was preceded in death by infant sons, John and Daniel Hartman; great grandson, Tristan and many brothers and sisters. Funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
