Verna R. Saul Beiler

Verna R. Beiler, 86, of Newmanstown, PA, died Wednesday, February 26, 2015 in the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon, PA. She was the wife of the late Simon Beiler. She was born in Heidelberg Township, Lebanon County on May 9, 1928, a daughter of the late Henry and Lillian M. Reedy Saul. Verna was a member of the Millcreek Community Church of Stricklerstown. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed walking and working in her yard. She is survived by sons, Richard husband of Dorothy Beiler of Denver; Kenneth husband of Linda Beiler of Lebanon; Michael Beiler and companion Linda Gray of Reading; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; sisters, Naomi Ludwig of Ephrata; Lillie Boltz of Fredericksburg; brother, Clarence husband of Betty Saul of Denver. She was preceded in death by brothers, Raymond, Erwin and Roger Saul and sister, Betty Ulrich. Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 2nd at 11:00 AM in the Clauser Funeral Home, N. Carpenter St., Schaefferstown with a viewing beginning on Monday at 10:00 AM. Interment will be made in the Millbach Community Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Millcreek Community Church, 203 Stricklerstown Road, Newmanstown, PA 17073.
