Born in Tacoma Park, Maryland, he was the son of the late Robert W. Cove and the late Katherine J. (Curran) Merola.
Brother of Robert W. Cove and his wife Laurie of Marshfield, Stephen Cove and his wife Joanne of Provincetown, Brian Cove and his wife Denice of Bridgewater, New Jersey and the late Roger Cove of Harwich.
He is survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the Scituate High Class of 1972 for all the support they’ve provided Chris.
A visitation will be held on from 3-7 pm on Monday, March 11, 2024 at Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Road, Scituate. Funeral Mass at 11 am on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent Street, Scituate. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
