 Dear Peter and Family
I was so saddened to learn of Isabel's death just today.  I recall the times that we spent together during our school years and the times that I was invited to dinner at your house.  My payers are with you all.

Peter, Dottie McGovern wrote to let me know about Isabel's passing.  I am so sorry.  I didn't realize she was ill but from Dottie's note it sounds like she was ill for about a month.  Gosh we had some wonderful times together when we worked at Hancock.  I was so young and she was a really good friend to me.  And she was our younger son Brian's Godmother!  We would visit her whenever we came home in the summer but we haven't been home since we moved my parents to Lexington in 1995.  I'm so sorry we won't have another opportunity to catch up.  I know you were always there for her and I'm sure you're comforted that she's been reunited with your parents.  Joe and I send our condolences.  You'll be in our thoughts and prayers.
