He is survived by his 2 daughters, Diane Peinert and her husband Dick and their 2 children Max and Rebecca of Lynnfield, Patricia Lambert and her husband Richard of Scituate, his sister Antonetta Bogue of Georgia and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his beloved companion of more than 30 years, Mary Lamrock of Scituate.
He was a retired Boston Public School teacher. Joe loved a good round of golf, gardening, a few beers with friends and sitting on his deck watching the birds and critters.
Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, March 22 from 4-8 PM, a funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday, March 23 at 11 AM at the Richardson Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Road, Scituate.
