SNEYD, MARILYN D (DWIGHT) of Scituate. Entered into rest August 28, 2016 at the age of 90 in the South Shore Hospital. Beloved wife of the late James C. Sneyd. Devoted mother of James C Sneyd Jr. and his wife Jeanine of GA and Kevin J. Sneyd and his wife Janice of Scituate. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Stephanie, Katelyn, James, Rory and great grandmother of Kayla, Chloe and Hailee. Loving sister of Margie Hoole of Weymouth, Paul Dwight of WA and the late Edward Dwight. Also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Marilyn was a very proud and long time member of the Ladies’ Auxiliary for the Scituate VFW.
Visiting hours from the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Road, Scituate on Friday, September 2, 2016 from 9:00- 10:15 AM. Graveside service to follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 12:30 PM.
