

Born in Weymouth, June 30,1943, the daughter of the late George E. Mullin II and Eleanor M. (Cox) Mullin, sister to the late George E. Mullin III and sister-in-law to the late Karen R. Mullin of Bellingham. Ms. Mullin was raised in Weymouth and had lived in Scituate for over 50 years. She was very close and devoted to caring for her mother throughout her life.
She was a graduate of Weymouth High School. And extended Quincy Junior College and a variety of extension classes.
During her career, she worked in several areas as an administrative assistant and legal assistant. She spent the end of her career working in a variety of capacities for the Town of Scituate, including the Department of Health, as a union steward; ending her career working for the in the Town Clerk’s department. After retirement becoming a Justice of the Peace.
Her talents and interests over her life varied. She was a wonderful cook and baker running small catering business in her home. She was an avid gardener and lover of nature. Her idea of heaven being by the ocean or driving along the coast. She loved crossword puzzles and reading. She was a great animal lover especially fond of the many dogs she raised and owned. Nothing made her happier than a visit from a canine friend.
She had a love of history and antiques, collecting and reading a variety of materials on the subject.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends for her quirky sense of humor, creative nicknames for all she met, and ability to keep the spites up of those in need.
Visiting hours and memorial will be held on April 25, 2026 at Richardson-Gaffney Funeral Home at 382 First Parish St. Scituate, MA between 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
