Billy Joe Cole, 46, of Grimes, California, died Monday, August 11, 2008, in Colusa County, California as the result of an automobile accident. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 18, 2008, at Dugan-Kramer Funeral Chapel in Scottsbluff with Pastor Nancy Tomlinson officiating. Cremation will be at Yuba City, California. A memorial has been established to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital. Survivors include his son, Jason Cole of Portland, Oregon; his father, Melvin Cole of Scottsbluff; his mother, Ann Cole of Fort Collins, Colorado; brothers, Steven Cole of Scottsbluff, Darrell Cole of Iola, Kansas, Brian Cole of Denver, Colorado and Brad (Marvel) Cole of Lyman; sisters, Sherry (Earl) Wilson of Greeley, Colorado and Susan Cole of Denver, Colorado; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
