Carolyn was born on September 17, 1956, in North Platte, Nebraska to Elmer and Edith (Ross) Cudaback. She graduated from Columbus High School.
She married Don Carlyle on June 2, 2006, at the courthouse and made their home in Minatare, Nebraska.
Survivors include her husband Don, daughter Danette Muck, son Jason Muck, Heidi Deaver, Cecilia Deaver, Maddison Deaver, Hunter Deaver, Joleen Deaver, Tina Walter (Steve, Darran, Lydsey), Sheila Kaufman (Treton Bentenly, Cyler Kaufman), Amanda McLeod (Brant), (Shelby Anderson, Kyle McLeod).
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Don’s parents and numerous other family members.
