

At his request, cremation has taken place. Services will be held at a later date at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Bismark, North Dakota. Memorials may be given to the family to be designated at a later date. Tributes of sympathy may be left at www.dugankramer.com. Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
Floyd was born on February 22, 1923 in Ericsburg, Minnesota to Carl Axel and Ester (Carlson) Engman. He entered the U.S. Army - the 25th Infantry Division as a Staff Sergeant and was honorably discharged serving 3 ½ years.
He attended Trade School and worked as a book binder. He was the owner of E and N Bindary in Minneapolis, Minnesota for numerous years.
Floyd married Lois Johnson on January 2, 1992 and adopted Lois’s daughter Cheri on March 31, 1997. Lois passed away 5 years ago. Floyd moved to Isle, Minnesota then moved to Scottsbluff in 2010 to be near his daughter Cheri .
Floyd loved to sing, he had a beautiful voice. He could play the guitar, keyboard and harmonica.
Survivors include his sister Gina Olson of Minnesota; daughter and son-in-law Cheri and Gary Cole of Scottsbluff and granddaughter Heather Silva and great grandchildren Rachel and Josh Silva and granddaughter Sarah Cole Mohr and husband Dave and great grandson J.J.; son Mark Engman and daughter Marlis Engman both Minnesota and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Lois, brother Eskel Engman and grandson Joshua.
