

George was born on October 27, 1939 in Lingle, WY to George A and Clara P (Morehouse) Brisco. George grew up in Guernsey, WY and graduated from Guernsey High School in 1957.
He married Elsie Cole on November 26, 1960 in Morrill, Nebraska and to this union four children were born, Karen, Daryl, Karla and Devin.
He worked stacking hay with his wife and children for several years before going to work full time at Western Sugar Company in Mitchell for 18 years. After he retired from Western Sugar, he and his wife ran a candy route business for 10 years delivering boxes of candy to various businesses throughout Eastern Wyoming and Western Nebraska.
George loved fishing and would go any chance he could get. He was also a very well-crafted handyman making several projects throughout his life.
He was a member of the Sovereign Grace Reformed Church in Morrill. He also belonged to the Gideon's and distributed New Testaments at the local high school.
He is survived by his wife Elsie; children Karen (Vance) Wickard of Scottsbluff, Daryl (Patty) Brisco of Springfield, OR, Karla (Jody) Fiscus of Bayard, NE and Devin (Tina Brisco) of Huntsville, MO; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Izora Brisco and Judy Warner.
