Judy A. Garrison, 60 of Scottsbluff, Nebraska died Friday, October 3, 2008 at her home. Her memorial service will be held Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel with Pastor Ed Hunzeker officiating. Private inurnment will be at Kimball Cemetery. She was born on November 8, 1947 in Kimball, Nebraska to William and Emma (Baluska) Halstead. She graduated from Kimball High School in 1966. Judy has worked at the Regional West Medical Center for over 20 years. Judy loved nature. She will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew her. Survivors include her sisters, Joan (Dave) Ketchum of Cheyenne, Wyoming and Rita (Dave) Fettes of Aurora, Colorado; children, Jay Garrison of Omaha, Jon (Andrea) Garrison of Amsterdam, Netherlands and Kyla Garrison of Lincoln; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and several granddogs. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
