Mary Alice Starnes

She is preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Eugene (Gene) Starnes; her father, Weldon Bailey Sewell; her mother Julia Kate (Bell) Sewell and two brothers.

Left with cherished memories are her children, Weldon Starnes and wife Linda, Wesley Starnes and wife Terrie, and Wendell Starnes and wife Linda; 6 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and other family loved ones and beloved friends.

Mary Alice love The Lord, her church and her church family. She was a member of the Order of The Eastern Star. Mary Alice enjoyed family and church gatherings. She loved to cook. She would feed anyone at anytime.

A visitation for Mary will be held Sunday, January 9, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home, 1000 S Highway 175, Seagoville, TX 75159. A funeral service will occur Monday, January 10, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 1000 S Highway 175, Seagoville, TX 75159. A burial will occur Monday, January 10, 2022 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at Rylie Cemetery, Rylie Rd., Dallas, TX 75217.
