Ruth Collins Born August 19, 1927 in Edgewood, Texas and passed away September 8, 2014 in Kaufman, Texas at the age of 87. Preceded in death by her parents Margaret and Joe Blagburn, 3 children Manuel Dunlap, Joe Dunlap and Rickey Dunlap, grandson Bobby Dunlap, granddaughter Angela McCrary, brothers Lazell Blagburn, Ray Blagburn , R.V. Blagburn and husband Earl Collins. Survived by daughter Carloyn and husband Clint, son Dwayne Dunlap and wife Joyce, daughter Diane Freeman and husband Randy, daughter Debra McCrary and husband Bobby, son Johnny Dunlap and wife Cathy, 17 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson, sister Beulah Shaw, brothers David Blagburn, Kenneth Blagburn and wife Marie, Eugene Blagburn and wife Mildred and Jake Blagburn and wife Wanda, and many other family members and friends. Family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Wednesday September 10, 2014 at Roselawn. Funeral Services will be 10 AM Thursday September 11, 2014 at Roselawn Memorial Chapel with Rev. Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Valley View where she will be laid to rest beside her grandson Bobby Dunlap.
