Wanda Louise Banks was born in Athens, Texas on April 22, 1953 to Eugene Smith and Margaret Louise (Morgan) Smith. She passed away in Richardson, Texas on July 11, 2014. Wanda is preceded in death by her mother Louise. Remaining behind with fond memories is her husband Jeffrey Banks, daughters Steffani Salazar and Maria Salazar, father Eugene Smith & wife Nelda, sister Cathy Trout & husband Jim, mother-in-law Ruby Rivers & husband Johnny, sister-in-law Nikita Daily &Ted, sister-in-law Glenda Wells & India, brother-in-law Gregory Wells & Neicy, brother-in-law Adrian & Chris, brother-in-law Glen Wells & Christy, grandchildren Simon, Miguel, Aleasia, Daniel & Liliana and numerous other family loved ones and cherished friends. Wanda was a big hearted person who loved people and they loved her back. She was a friend to everyone she met. Wanda always thought of others first putting herself and her needs last. Wanda loved to go “JUNKING” every Saturday. She enjoyed finding useful items and clothing that she could give to people in need. She will be truly missed.
