

Willie June Mitchell was born January 27, 1945 in Waxahachie, TX to J.T. Meals and Willie Mae Ryals Meals and went to her eternal home January 8, 2026.
She lived her life rooted in faith, love, and family. She was a long-time member of New Life Fellowship Church where she loved church socials and singing her heart out for the Lord.
She enjoyed working with puzzles of all kinds, sitting on the porch, and being surrounded by her family. She loved going out to eat, running the roads with her granddaughter Morgan, and going to the beauty shop.
She is preceded in death by her husband Donald Robert Mitchell Sr., her parents and grandparents Will and Mattie Ryals, brother-in-laws Bob Bedwell and Nelson Jones, and great-grandchild Emilino Garcia.
She is survived by her three daughters, Lisa and husband Joe Stickles, Shelley McCoy, and Chanda and husband Blake Smith; her grandkids, Shayna Acuna (Jesse), Aaron Wetherholt (Ashliegh), Kaylen Camarillo (Colin), Julie Mata (Marcos), Eric McCoy, Morgan Moreno (Carlos), and Mason Smith; great-grandkids, Mason Acuna (Jill), Jacob Acuna, Nick Acuna (Laila), Isaac Acuna, Lori Wetherholt (Josh), Laynee Wetherholt, Gavin Gideo, Blake Wetherholt, Aiden Foster, Kulton McCoy, Raylee McCoy, Hugo Mata, Lyla Mata, Carsyn Moreno, and Miles Moreno; great-great-grandkids, Wrangler Acuna, Maggi Acuna, Ella Swindle, and Aliana Acuna; two sisters, Jackie Jones and Beverly Bedwell; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A visitation will be held at Roselawn Funeral Home, located at 1000 S Highway 175, Seagoville, TX 75159, on January 13, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at the same venue from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The Committal Service will take place at Roselawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, also at 1000 S Hwy 175, Seagoville, TX 75159, from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
