"Bijaya Lakshmi was born on March 30, 1949 in Nadi, Fiji and passed away on January 17, 2021 in Monterey, California. Bijaya Lakshmi was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, & grandmother. She lived her life full of joy and laughter. Words alone cannot begin to express how much she was loved and how dearly she will be missed. She will live on forever in our hearts and minds. She will be joining her late daughter Premika in the kingdom of heaven. She is survived by her husband Jaswant Prasad and their big, loving family which includes four sons, one daughter, four daughters-in-law, two sons-in-law and twelve grandkids."
