He attended school in Edmonds, graduating from Mountlake Terrace High School in 1993. He later attended Edmonds Community College, where he excelled in his medical career.
Andy loved collecting various sports cards, especially those of his beloved New York Yankees. He leaves behind his favorite furry friend “Rusty” the cat, whom he loved very much. Andy had the courage and determination to leave his past behind. He was truly loved and he will be missed greatly by his family.
Andrew is survived by his mother Roslyn, Uncle Bernie, Aunts; Gretchen, Wendy and Pam. Cousins; Corey, Tate, Ashley and her son Ryan.
Donations may be made in his honor to the ASPCA, as animals were very important to him.
A celebration of Andrew’s life will be held at 2pm on April 2, 2023 at Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home in Seattle, WA.
