To the man who gave me my first car ride in a brand new 1957 Olds, thank you for a lifetime of family, friendship and a whole lot of good memories.

I remember meeting Don and seeing his beautiful 1957 Oldsmobile. As a fellow 57 owner, we became friends. He and his wife Ardelle attended many car shows together. Don, i think you deserve special credit for being the Oldsmobile club member who was the only original owner of his 57.
We will miss you.

Giving you a ride in my Corvette, seeking the Oldsmobile car club show and shines where you loved to show off your '84, eating breakfasts with you and Ardelle at the Bay Cafe. Settling you down when things weren't to your expectations at the Interbay QFC. Telling me to get lost when you thought I was an orderly at the convalescent center. You were definitely one of a kind. May God love you and 'Don' try not to talk his ear off.
