Ben Reyes Dela Cruz

Ben dela Cruz, 85, passed away on April 27, 2018. He was born in the Philippines, served 21 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, worked for the Port of Seattle for 20 years, and served as a Crossing Guard for school children for 18 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 siblings, and his first wife, Luz of 24 yrs. He was survived by Lita, his wife of 41 years, his 4 children, 9 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Viewing and visitation will be held at Yarington Funeral Home, 10708 16th Avenue SW, Seattle, on Thursday, May 3, 2018, from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. followed by a memorial service and funeral procession to Riverton Crest Cemetery, 3400 S. 140th St., Tukwila.
