Bertha Lee Hoskins-Wiley, age 77, of Kent, Washington passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2020. Bertha was born December 12, 1942 in Hollygrave, Arkansas to Theodore and Magnolia Smith. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Prentis Wiley in 2010 and a child. She is survived by 4 children, grandchildren and many other friends and family members.
