Brigitte Berg, passed away, March 4th, 2024 in Seattle, Washington. She was born on March 8th,1952 in Mainz, Germany and was a resident of the Seattle area for over 50 years. Brigitte spent several years working in historic Seattle area department stores such as Frederick and Nelson and Nordstrom. She enjoyed breeding and showing Irish Setter and Cocker Spaniel dogs, riding her horse, watching movies, reading, cooking and baking, trips to Cannon Beach and time with her kids and grandkids.
She is survived by her son Andrew Berg and his wife Courtney and son Nolan of Dripping Springs, TX and her daughter Tiffany Materne Kemppainen and her husband Paul and daughter Kahlo of Las Vegas, NV as well as her mother Elisabeth Heckmann of Bad Endorf, Germany and her brother Robert Heckmann and his wife Verena and daughter Denise of Hamburg, Germany.
Brigitte’s remains will be released at Cannon Beach, OR in the near future, where she was the happiest.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society or ASPCA.
