Originally from Davie County, NC, Frank loved living in Mossyrock as it reminded him of his southern small-town roots. He lived on a farm for the last 12 years where, as he liked to say, “There’s always something you can do, but nothing you have to do.”
Professionally, Frank was a renowned expert in the textiles field. After a successful career in New York, he moved to the Seattle area where he eventually co-owned a small sportswear business, never ceasing to amaze everyone around him with his incredible work ethic.
Frank was a true gentleman through and through, never missing an opportunity to pay a compliment or help those in need. His large heart was matched equally by his sense of humor: He loved to laugh, was always armed with a joke, and reveled in the absurdities of everyday life.
Frank is survived by his brother Duane and sister Barb; his children Michael and Kim; his four grandchildren Tyler, Angela, Nicole and Sydney; and his great-granddaughter Madelyn.
A small service of immediate family and friends will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Frank would want you to donate to your favorite charity, and then go home and hug your loved ones.
