Chi Seng was known to those around him as a man of many skillsets, quiet strength, discipline, responsibility, and resilience. Though he was not always expressive in words, he showed his care through his actions and his unwavering dedication to his family.
As a husband, he devoted himself to supporting his family and building a stable foundation for those he loved. As a father, he carried a strong sense of responsibility, working tirelessly to provide and ensure that his children could grow and move forward in life.
In his career, Chi Seng served as a dedicated police officer for Hong Kong and Macau. He approached his work with diligence and commitment. He believed in doing things properly and with integrity, earning the trust and respect of his peers.
Outside of his work, Chi Seng found enjoyment in fishing, gardening, and watching snooker. He also took great interest in caring for his birds and maintaining an aquarium with tropical fish. These moments reflected a quieter side of his life, where he found peace, patience, and a deep appreciation for routine. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his beloved wife.
