Eric Garcia Reyes

Eric Garcia Reyes was born to Victor and Marissa in Columbus, MS, on April 8, 1980. He was blessed with a large and loving family. Eric married his first love and high school sweetheart, Faith, in August of 2006. In 2008, they were blessed with a son, Evan, who completed their family. Together, they loved to travel; cuddle with their dog, Jade; they were foodies; enjoyed weekly date nights; and family time.

Being part of a military family, Eric was very organized, learned to have a strong sense of responsibility, and dedicated work ethic. He was a provider, a helper, and was respected by his many colleagues. He loved his hobbies, was an avid gamer, car enthusiast, gym rat, and family man. In his spare time, you would often find him tinkering around in his garage.

Eric had the ability to mix humor with wisdom, while offering sound advice. He was not one to easily show his emotion or wear his heart on his sleeve, but when called upon would readily help those he cared for in an instant. He will be dearly missed by his loved ones.

He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife, Faith, and their son, Evan. His mother, Marissa Garcia; father and step-mother, Victor and Cristine Reyes; siblings: Tess, Ernie, and Jay; nephews: Keoni and Donovan; and niece: Kealani. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Victor and Nelly Reyes, and maternal grandfather, Abelardo Garcia.
