I prayed to the Lord, and He answered me, freeing me from all my fears.
Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces.
I cried out to the Lord in my suffering, and He heard me. He set me free from all my fears.
For the angel of the Lord guards all who fear Him, and He rescues them.
Taste and see that the Lord is good. Oh, the joy of those who trust in Him!
The Lord hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles.
Psalm 16: 7 ? 11
I will bless the Lord who guides me, even at night my heart instructs me.
I know the Lord is always with me. I will not be shaken, for He is right beside me.
No wonder my heart is filled with joy, and my mouth shouts His praises! My body rests in safety.
For You will not leave my soul among the dead or allow your godly one to rot in the grave.
You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of Your presence and the pleasures of living with You forever.
