Was born July 23, 1925 in Shawnee, Ohio. Passed away July 16, 2007 in Seattle, Washington. Frank is survived by his loving wife Anita (Tolliver) Spicer, Children and spouses Debbie (Robert) Larsen, Jacqueline (Joe) Spicer-Laybourn and Brenda (Charles) Spicer-Heynneman; sons Frank (Candice) and Edward (Colleen) Spicer; grandchildren Taylor Spicer-Ostman, Sarah, Travis, Peter Spicer. Also brothers and sisters Catherine Daughtery, David R. Spicer, William Spicer, Ellis Spicer and charles Spicer. He was proceeded in death by Brother John Spicer.
