Frankie was also known as “Gim” or “Gimmie” to her family. Though she never married nor any children, she was involved in the lives of her nieces and nephews. Her other passion was volunteering for 10,000 hours at the Seattle Aquarium and most recently, the Burke Museum at the UW where she made lifelong friends.
Frankie was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Queenie Tsoming and her oldest sister, Donna Mae Carter of Seattle, WA. Sadly, she did not know that one of her older twin brothers, Sam W. Tsoming passed away a few days after her death. She is survived by the remaining twin older brother, Tom S. Tsoming of Shoreline, WA and older sister, Norma Jean Hanson of Rockville, MD.
