Gerald is survived by his devoted wife, Shirley, sons Dale and Bob, grandchildren Roman, Peter, Clint, and Natalie; siblings, Barbara and John, Jr.; and numerous loving extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, John R. and Cordelia Wagner; sister, Betty Jean; and brothers, David, Bob, and Jim.
Mr. Wagner served his country proudly as a U.S. Marine. He and his wife founded Ballard Insulation. He was widely known in the marine community as a man of unique integrity. Gerald was a member of the Heat and Frost Insulators Union.
