JAMES K. ?NAPPY? NAPOLEON JR., 69, passed away September 18, 2002, in Bothell. He was born December 6, 1932 in Kauai, Hawaii, the son of James Sr. and Albena Napoleon. Nappy retired from the Washington State Liquor Control Board after 30 years of service. He was a lifetime member of the Washington Public Employee Association. He shined most brightly as ?Nappy? of the Tiki-Lights. He was loved deeply and will be greatly missed. James is survived by his loving spouse of 48 years Alexa Napoleon; sons James K. Napoleon III, Gary Coralou Bernard and Terry Anderson; daughters Haunani Napoleon, Frances Brian Olson and Johanna Akse; brothers Jerry, Francis and Bobby Napoleon; sister Barbara Wheeler; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and many extended family members. Memorial services will be Saturday, September 21, 2002 at 2pm and will be conducted at Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Chapel, 11111 Aurora Ave. N., Seattle, WA.
