Jimmie Peathon Massey was born June 20, 1943 to Peathon and Cenobia (Dunn) Massey in Norphlet, Arkansas. He was the oldest of nine children and was raised in Flint, Michigan.
He passed away August 13, 2015 in Seattle, Washington. Peathon will be remembered for his one of a kind art pieces.
He is survived by his wife Dawn whom he met in Berlin, Germany while stationed there in the army from 1974-1977. Peathon is also survived by his son Sohn of Flint, Michigan; daughter September (Larry) Gray of Atlanta, Georgia and many other loving family members and friends.
