Joe and Mary met during their school years and they were married in 1937. Mary and Joe moved to the Pacific Northwest from Pennsylvania in 1946 and later settled on the Eastside where they lived the remaining years of her life. They raised two sons, Robert and Paul.
Joe is survived by his grandchildren Robert Cramer, Mia Lucey, Debbie Slaybaugh, Douglas Cramer, Daniel Cramer, Jeff Cramer and Connie Cramer as well as numerous great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
